dear customers, please read the following information regarding fees and penalties carefully before renting a car so that we can avoid problems in advance and so that your rental will be hassle-free and without unnecessary extra expenses.
- Fees: The rental price is calculated based on the chosen vehicle and the rental period. All our prices are transparent and final, with no hidden charges. In case of an extension of the rental, an automatic fee according to the price list will be charged.
- Fines: In the event of a breach of the terms of the contract, such as late return of the vehicle, exceeding the mileage limit, damage to the vehicle or violation of traffic regulations, penalties may be charged according to the terms of the rental.
- Return of the vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including a clean interior and exterior. If the vehicle is not returned on time or in the wrong condition, an additional fee may be charged.
- Deposit: A deposit is required upon acceptance of the vehicle, which will be refunded upon the smooth return of the vehicle.
